Client Relationship Development & Management
- Build and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with clients.
- Deeply understand client needs and expectations to provide tailored solutions and services.
- Monitor project implementation processes to ensure service quality and excellence
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in collaboration with the BD team in Japan Market.
- Develop business plans in alignment with assigned sales KPIs and market targets; execute sales campaigns effectively.
- Receive sales leads and collaborate with the production team to build and present proposals to clients.
- Participate in proposal discussions, negotiations, and closing deals; finalize contracts and provide ongoing support during and after the sale.
- Upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base to maximize revenue.
- Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets.
Customer Support & Engagement
- Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Provide technical support when necessary.
- Organize events and marketing activities to strengthen client engagement and brand loyalty.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate with other departments to continuously improve both short-term and long-term business performance.
- Perform other tasks as requested by Management.
