Research & Development: Lead the research and implementation of object detection models (YOLO series) for smoke detection and related use cases.
Model Training & Optimization: Train, fine-tune, and optimize YOLO models (v5, v8, etc.) with advanced hyperparameter tuning techniques to maximize accuracy and performance.
Deployment: Support end-to-end deployment of AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and real-time performance.
Data Processing: Manage the full data lifecycle — collection, cleaning, labeling, and preprocessing of large-scale image/video datasets.
Object Detection Expertise: Deep understanding of object detection architectures, trade-offs, and optimization strategies.
Model Debugging: Analyze training logs, troubleshoot issues, and improve model performance on GPU environments.
Mentorship: Support junior engineers with best practices in data handling, model tuning, and code quality.

Core Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/Deep Learning, specifically within Computer Vision and Object Detection.
Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, with a preference for PyTorch (or TensorFlow).
Specialization: Proven track record with YOLO models ($YOLOv5$, $YOLOv8$, etc.) applied to real-world scenarios.
Technical Deep-Dive: Expertise in GPU training workflows, debugging models, and data management (labeling, augmentation, and version control).
Deployment (Bonus): Familiarity with Docker, ONNX, and TensorRT for model deployment pipelines

Salary: negotiable based on experience
Probation: 100% official salary during the probation period.
Performance review: Twice per year, including a 13th-month salary bonus.
