Description:

Support Sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, and related documents
Communicate with Japanese clients via email and meetings (mainly email)
Assist in translating documents (Japanese – Vietnamese)
Follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and customer requests
Coordinate with internal teams (Delivery, Accounting, etc.)
Update and maintain customer data, sales reports
Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

Japanese proficiency: JLPT N3+ (N2 is a plus)
6 months – 1 year experience in Sales Admin / Customer Service / Admin role
Good communication and coordination skills
Careful, detail-oriented, responsible
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
Preferred: Experience working with Japanese clients/company

Salary: 14,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND (gross)
13th-month salary + performance bonus
