GITS offers 13++ months salary per year. Your performance will be assessed twice a year in June and December. Yearly, you will be considered for 1 time salary increase and many other attractive benefits will also be updated. Employees will have periodic health examination and be paid social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance as regulated law. Besides, you will be rewarded for referring candidates to GITS.

We have skills assessments for each language and position in the project and public to all of our employees. We always organise private or professional training courses which are provided by well-known partners working at information technology industry. GITS also has policy supporting proficiency cost (AWS, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, ISTQB advance, Project Management Professional (PMP)…). Moreover, GITS has bonus policy for employees who can achieve difficult proficiency (Project Management Professional (PMP), AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty…).

Employees who have excellent working performance will be recorded and rewarded every month at GITS. Moreover, after finishing any projects, each team member will be recieved bonus from company and customers. Every year, two of the most outstanding individuals will obtain a free trip to Japan.

GITS always creates opportunities for young potential programmers to be the team leaders. Specially, programmers and technical team leaders are given the chances to be the project leaders. GITS has leadership team which is at middle level are of generation last 8x first 9x. Employess will also be able to be promoted to managers after less than one working year.

Every year, GITS creates chances to go onsite in Japan for IT and non IT. Besides, programmers, testers and professional proficient BA are also able to go onsite in Japan even if you do not speak Japanese. All payment and procedure will be prepared and completed by GITS.
