Attractive salary and bonus

GITS offers 13++ months salary per year. Your performance will be assessed twice a year in June and December. Yearly, you will be considered for 1 time salary increase and many other attractive benefits will also be updated. Employees will have periodic health examination and be paid social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance as regulated law. Besides, you will be rewarded for referring candidates to GITS.

Every year, GITS creates chances to go onsite in Japan for IT and non IT. Besides, programmers, testers and professional proficient BA are also able to go onsite in Japan even if you do not speak Japanese. All payment and procedure will be prepared and completed by GITS.
