Identify potential clients in the Global B2B market (IT, software, outsourcing).
Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies.
Act as the bridge between clients and internal technical/project teams.
Support contract translation, presentation, and negotiation with Global stakeholders.
Handle project follow-up, customer care, and reporting to upper management.

1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (preferably IT/software/outsourcing/IOT).
Fluent English (for internal communication).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
Preferred: direct experience working with Korean clients or Korean market knowledge.

Salary: negotiation + commission
Review performance 2 per/ year
