DevOps / System Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

• Operate, monitor and maintain systems on AWS and On-premise environments
• Manage deployment, release and incident handling processes
• Administer container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor system performance using tools such as Zabbix, ELK, Grafana
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure system stability and performance
• (Senior) Design solutions, handle complex issues and provide technical leadership 

• Hands-on experience with AWS (required)
• Strong understanding of system operation, monitoring and incident management
• Experience with:
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Linux and/or Windows systems
  • Web/WAS (Apache, Spring Boot)
  • Message Queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ)
• Scripting skills (Shell or equivalent)
• Good communication skills in English

 Mid-level (2–4 years)

• Experience in system operation and monitoring
• Familiar with tools such as Ansible, ELK, Zabbix
• Basic experience with CI/CD and container platforms
• Able to handle common incidents and system issues
• Good teamwork and proactive mindset 

Senior (5+ years)

• Strong experience in system operation and troubleshooting
• Proficient with tools: Rundeck, Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK
• Solid understanding of:
  • Microservices architecture (MSA)
  • High Availability (HA) and rolling deployment
• Experience in incident and emergency handling, root cause analysis
• Ability to lead tasks and coordinate team activities
• Experience with Java or advanced scripting is a plus
